PROHIBITIONS AND LIMITATIONS The following items are not permitted for entry into Finsbury Park for the duration of Live Well Festival: - Any liquids (excluding formula and medical requirements) - Bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper - Speaker devices - Explosives - Alcohol - Drugs - Glass items - Vehicles and transportation equipment - Weapons, sharp or dangerous items - Drones - Large recording equipment If you have an issue with any of these prohibitions or limitations please do not hesitate to contact us below.
ACCESSIBILITY DETAILS Live Well Festival is an event which caters for people of all abilities. The park is wheelchair accessible and has an accessibility entrance available to customers which can be used upon request. SECURITY AND SAFEGUARDING DETAILS At Live Well Festival, the safety of attendees, volunteers, performers, visitors and children is our top priority. To ensure safety for all, the event will be monitored with a high-level security team in every area of the park, trained and equipped to deal with any situations that may arise. Additionally, strict security measures will be in place upon entry to the park, with metal detectors scanning all items and persons to prevent dangerous goods from entering the park. Any suspicious activity will prompt security to escort a person or group from the premises and all criminals will be prosecuted. Live Well Festival is not responsible for the loss of any stolen or damaged goods. Children must be accompanied at all times. If you or someone you know feels unsafe or witnesses any suspicious activity, please contact one of the on-site security team immediately.
ENTRY TIMES AND DETAILS Live Well Festival is open to ticket holders from 9.00am each day until 11.00pm each evening. Last entry on each day of the festival will be 9.00pm. Re-entry is not permitted without evidential reasoning.
PAYMENT INFORMATION Tickets are solely available to purchase via our website www.lunarlivewell.co.uk and can be paid for via card payment, Apple Pay, PayPal, or our financing option, Klarna. Live Well Festival is not affiliated with Klarna and any payment concerns following ticket purchase through this option should be discussed with the Klarna team directly. Live Well Festival is a cash friendly event. Purchases onside can also be made via any of the payment methods above, excluding Klarna.
LOST PROPERTY Any items lost or found should be handed into our Reception located at the main entrance. Items can also be identified and collected from this location for the duration of the festival. Lost property will be held for one week following Live Well Festival at LUNAR's Hub in London. Following this, items will be donated or disposed of. VOLUNTEERING INFORMATION We are currently recruiting volunteers for Live Well Festival. See here for more details. If on the day of the festival you are unable to attend your volunteering position, please contact your volunteer coordinator as soon as possible.
FUNDRAISING INFORMATION Live Well Festival is a non-profit event. This means that following the payment of necessary hiring of equipment, land rental, vendors etc. the money from all ticket sales will go directly to mental health charity LUNAR. The funds raised will be distributed amongst various services to improve the quality of support issued to the public.
ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL INFORMATION Live Well Festival is not a camping festival. Click here for a selection of local accommodation options.
