MINDFULNESS ACTIVITIES

Mindfulness is the practice of being attentive and conscious of your current state and the emotions you are experiencing. In relation to mental health and stress relief, practising mindfulness activities can help to create a sense of calm and peace in one's mind and regain their focus towards the present moment.

There will be an abundance of mindfulness activities going on across the weekend at Live Well Festival. 

Whether you are familiar with these activities or it's something new you'd like to try, make sure to come along during the festival to engage in some mindfuless practice.
